LyfeStash is a digital legacy management platform that allows you to securely store and organize important information for your designated beneficiaries (grantees). Our service includes:

• Encrypted storage of digital records and important information
• Grantee management and access control
• Secure sharing mechanisms with built-in safety periods
• Account management and authentication services

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use LyfeStash
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LyfeStash only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Store illegal content or information obtained through illegal means
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt our service
• Use the service for commercial purposes without our written consent

4. Content and Data

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you store in LyfeStash
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and share the content you upload
• You agree not to store content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption with Google's security infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge that you use our service at your own risk.

5. Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be securely deleted within 30 days.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexoStack, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexoStack, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Austin, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our service. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
